If I put any opinion up on my myspace blog, certain people would have a problem with it!  Mostly it's family because they don't want no one to know what's going on with me or situations that are occurring.  Since they feel that way I am going to write them all here!!!

Dealing with rent issues:  First of all unfortunately my landlord is planning to raise the rent another $100.  If it's not paid by the 5th an extra $75 will be included, if not recieved by the 10th an $150 extra.  Of course this upsetted quite a few of us.  They gave us a contract to sign there are other things he stated in the contract that isn't accurate.  Here's a brief info on the house in July 2005 we moved into our house.  The house was in terrible shape.  The deal was 4br and 2 bath.  We came into a 3 br, 1 extra room and 1 bath.  The backyard look like a jungle.  The kitchen was was in poor shape and the bathroom needed a makeover.  My mom's room was okay looking but the central air and heater does not work on her side, it appears that something is blocking it to reach on her side.  In others words when the whether is hot her room is hotter - when it's cold (yes you guess it) her room is chilling.  My brother's room is alittle bit better the only thing that is wrong is his closet door.  My room... well I think mine was the worst one.  The carpet had a very fowl odor and mold on the wall.  The closet needed to be clean and definitely a new paint job.  Well we were the one's that painted the place and fix pretty much everything - when family and friends came to see how it look before they were in shock that we paid rent in the first place.  We clean the mold in the bathroom and my room.  Painted every single room, fix anything or everything and yet now that in July 2007 it's going to be two years in the house and it's not completed!!!

My side shelves have yet to be fix and painted, the top storage area in my room has yet to be clean and painted.  The inside of my closet was the only part that got painted and the walls.  They installed a borrow fan that was in my brother's room and put it in my room.  We added a new medicine cabinate and painted the bathroom, they redid the bathroom later on.  Mind you we were at times without a bathroom.  When they were getting the kitchen fix we were months without one.  You know what we were like a year until it was somewhat done.  They still need to put those fans - to let the smoke out from the stove.  We have the window open everytime we cook.  Some of the outlet plugs is not really covered, you know with a cover to prevent anything to go in or come out.  The extra room my other brother is living in there.  It's just a room and nothing else.  We had to fix the room after our roommates moved out!!!  They too left a mess in there!  We cleaned, painted, fix the floor and my dad had to work the electrical wiring.  Oh and I should mention there are two control boxes for the house.  Plus every now and then the power will go off and one of us would have to go outside to retored the power again.  My landlord are responsible with the water bill.  One day I was taking a shower - to get ready for work!  Right when I was going to rinse my hair ---- THE WATER TURNED OFF!!!!!!  With my hair still wet with shampoo I had no choice but to go get some water bottles and large cups of drinking water to try and rinse my hair in the sink.  Mind you it was on of the coldest days and I was using cold water.  I was so upset I almost ran late to work because of it!  They didn't get the water bill in time so that was the reason the water shutted off on me.  And I am quite sure I never heard an apology from them.

With all of this matter of increased rent and incomplete tasks it has definitely brought tention to the family.  We are constantly fighting and insulting one another.  And sad to say it truly made me come to a decision that I do not want to continue living with them and prefer to live on my own with my kitty.  I think it is best that they find a place that is more convient for them and vice versea with myself.  I know they will not agree with my decision but now it's time to put my best interest first.  I do not plan to live with my family forever I hope they can accept that I'm better off on my own then with them.
